I ordered a chiari awareness mask from I heart awareness on June the 10th. I have emailed the company many times because i never got the mask. They gave me a bogus tracking number said that it shipped july 1st. When i check the tracking it has not shipped said shipping lable created but not shipped. July 16th after many unanswered emails when I told them i was going to report them they responded said if i do not get the mask in 7 business days i would get a full refund. I checked the shipping again today the mask still has not shipped says the same thing a shipping lable created but not shipped. I wrote them 3 times today and requested my full refund with no response. I want to report them so they cant profit off anyone else in the chronic illness community again and I just want my money back. I have all the emails and will print them and have proof of purchase as well
