Type of a scam Yellow Pages/Directories
Sent invoice saying final notice and amount due. Looks like a medical directory ad. States not a bill, and on form states FREE. Employer signed form thinking free listing. IBD then sent bill for +$450 and continually phone and harass staff stating overdue account and threatening collections. Some days upwards of 8 calls from IBD, rude, threatening and argumentative.

They send a flyer in the mail imitating the yellow pages. It says "FINAL NOTICE THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY NOTICE YOU WILL RECEIVE". IT says make additions and corrections. It says "THIS IS NOT A BILL". Everywhere on the form says the word FREE. After signing the form thinking that it is a free listing, they send a bill for $451.99.
