Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought one of there iphone chargers and it was defective. I tried to call, I tried to email, and I tried to Facebook message them on the defective product with no response. After more failed attempts I wrote them a Facebook message (their facebook messenger is for support) explaining I was going to report them. They finally messaged back the next day saying they needed proof it was broke by a picture or video then I could send back, so I sent them a video of it and I asked for their return address, and I never heard back. I tried to call everyday, I sent more emails, and more Facebook messages to them for weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I could not find any information on this company anywhere. I found the minimal information I have from my credit card receipt. I have got no refund, or communication from them.
