My phone stopped working all of a sudden so I called T-Mobile to see what was going on. They told me my phone number was ported out by someone and they would connect me with the fraud department. I was told that my phone number had been ported out to another carrier and they were going to get it back. They got it back after being on the phone for an hour, I then asked if there was any personal information stolen besides my phone number and I was told that the hackers were just after the number. After a couple hours I noticed emails coming through from my bank that my password and notification options were changed and a transfer of $1000 was made out of my account, none of which I did. So The Tmobile Hackers were able to take all my personal info and drain my bank account!!!
