Type of a scam Online Purchase
They false advertise that you can make easyreturns to an American address in Ravenna, Ohio when actually they are in China. See attached image. If I had known this was a retail website company based in China , I wouldn’t had made the purchase especially if I had known that I might have to return my purchase. When I wrote them via email that they state on their website that their return policy is that you can return purchases to an American address in Ohio they said that are based in China and that instead of me sending my return to China they would offer me a 20% discount on a new purchase. So, basically trying to get me to spend more money. I have email correspondence to support this.
