Type of a scam Identity Theft
A guy who said his name is Officer Brandon Hammer with badge/ID number CRM2546 said someone was using my social security number in Texas. But I had to provide my date of birth and social security number to prove who I was or he couldn’t give me any information. When I refused to provide my SSN he became very rude and demanding and if I didn’t believe him to go to WWW.SSA.GOV for verification. I did and found nothing. He called from phone number 210-943-9296.
