This company called themselves "Inex" and claim to be a Windows technical support. They will call you and tell you that your computer has a virus and that they need $199 to clean it up. This is a scam, beware! Windows does not have third parties especially to help clean up a computer. They get angry when you try to confront them. They’re all Indian and say that they are based in India but they’re all in California. When we tried to confront them they used my mom’s amazon account and spent $2000 and also wiped out our computer. Be careful and don’t fall for these scammers.
