Tried to order a face cream (called inherent beauty) off of a Facebook sponsored ad. In the check out window they make you think you are checking out and then automatically put another product in your shopping cart (nova eye cream) and complete your order.
I immediately called the customer service to cancel my order since I thought this company was fraudulent. I was on hold for 35 min and then the customer service rep insists I can’t cancel my order. They say I have to receive the product and then ship it back.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and they put me on hold and never came back to the line.
