I ordered an item for my dog who has cataracts…it was a sun hat for him to wear outside. I ordered from them on May7th and the first thing I noticed was that they did not send me a receipt or email but did immediately take out the charge from my credit card – $19.97. I assumed the product was on the way but after two weeks I called them -was able to get information from my bank on line – I did get through to someone…they assured me it was on its way and that the “mail system” was simply slow with the ‘corona virus’ …since then I have not been able contact them by phone but have sent numerous emails, asking for my money back. They reply with an automatic response that they are on it and will respond shortly. Each time they say it’s because of the virus. I have threatened to report them but it goes unheeded. I have asked for my homey back – it’s not much but it’s the principle of the thing- to no avail. It’s been 2 moths now. Their tactics are one Of automatic responses, never getting a real person and giving poor excuses.

I paid for a world map poster. They charged me for the item immediately. I received an email shortly after saying that they would inform me of the shipping. I felt funny about the purchase. I just had a bad feeling about the website after I bought something. Then I looked at ScamPulse.com and realized that other people had posted that it was a scam. They hadn’t received their product after waiting months. So I blocked my card and ordered a new one.

Inspire Uplift posted several advertisements selling a variety of goods on Facebook in early December. I purchased a hat on 12/8/17 as a Christmas gift. My account was charged and I initially received an email confirming my order and was given an order number. I became concerned as Christmas approached and no hat. I wrote to their email address and had no response. When I searched on the internet, I discovered several others had the same experience. I also found two on the ScamPulse.com site which listed a phone number and address. The phone number has no voicemail and a recording says person has not set up voicemail. When I Googled the address it is to a boarded up storefront in Miami, FL. I am shocked Facebook allows a bogus company to advertise on their media. I reported them on Facebook and posted this story on their Facebook site to alert other unsuspecting people.

Purchased something from their website and was given a fake tracking number and never received the package. Stay away from this company! They do not return emails either. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they are looking into it but this website is a joke. Good luck getting your purchases.
