I live in Illinois and just got a call from this # 716 524-7089 swatting this is my final attempt to be reached the Internal Revenue Service is filing a lawsuit against you regarding tax deficiency and tax fraud. Then that this intentional second attempt to avoid federal law for further information immediately speak to our us and call agent at 716 524-7089. This is a NY area code. Please be careful!!!!!!!!!

There were many different people that would call with many different phone numbers. Sometimes they would leave voicemails other times they would just keep calling back, every person spoke with a foreign accent they already had my name, address, phone number, and email. They wanted more information like birthday and how much money you made they said it was given out to a number of people as a go back to school Grant but you did not need to use it to go back to school. They kept pushing you didn’t have to use the money for school and it would come in the mail. The grant would be for $6,095. You had to specifically answer questions that they’d give then get transferred to the supervisor. They don’t transfer they just hand the phone to somebody else and he asks you the exact same questions. Like what field do you want to go to back to school for, how long do you want before you go back and they specifically gave you the answers. They gave you like 5 answers and questions that you had to specifically repeat like they were recording you to get a grant for themselves. I wrote down all of the questions and answers they wanted me to state and I did State them all but not to the supervisor that’s when I hung up. I have been blocking random numbers for about a month and a half.

I suspect in the case which has been filed by the internal revenue services. The issue at hand is very time sensitive the very second you receive this message I need you or your attorney to return the call at my number which is 850-260-3317. I repeat 850-260-3317. If you don’t return the call you will have to face the legal consequences.

a man named Mark Parker IRM# 7912 gave me a case ID and told me that I had a 4 law suit filed on me by the IRS that I violated Revenue Code 6331, and that they have reviewed my taxes from 2012 thru 2017 and that I owe back taxes of $8,750 that if I would pay a lump sum of $4,500 today that they would clear all suits and that I would be clear of all wrong doings. He also stated that if I did not pay this amount that an officer would be at my house in 20 minutes to lock me up.

answered call and there was a recorded message to please call the same number back. that there was some fraud on my name and that i needed to clear it up. i called back and a person with a heavy Indian accent wanted my name and birth date so he could look up what the issue was, and to confirm who i was. i told him that i do not feel comfortable giving my information to someone i do not know over the phone. he then started getting mad at me telling me that i just committed assault against an officer. i told him that they are the one that contacted me first and if this was a government entity and they have an issue with me they can contact me via mail and or come to my house. just like the phone caller wanted my information you are asking for as well.. not going to give!!!

Recording states that there are serious allegations against you and you will be picked up by the local cops. I called the number back and the operator answered the phone as the Internal Revenue Service, I asked her to take my number off of her list and not to call me again. She then told me to "Go *** Myself." I told her that I was reporting her to the BBB and she told me "Go ahead, I won’t get caught!" I hung up.
