Received letter from International European Lottery that says I was chosen for a winning prize of $1.96 Million dollars. The letter stated that I was the 3rd pick from the contest. It says I must appear in Elizabethan, Portugal and contact Dr. Paco Martin foreign agent for Global Security and Finance SA to claim the prize. The letter states this is the Euro Millions contest and provided the following number 011-351-92-039-4650.
