States you can get a 2018 IFC grant, not a loan and is requesting demographic information through text message(text me now) . requesting name, address, sex, age, marital status, text or phone number, if you are hearing or deaf, monthly income, if you own a house or apt, reason for applying. States you are to text the information and that that your privacy will be respected. The person states they are Attorney Edward Kenneth of the International Finance Cooperation Program. All messages end with 2018 IFC grant.
I know someone who participated in this scam, she claims she got 25, 000 after sending 500 for a delivery fee. She said her friend told her about this and met this person.
