Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
The "annual renewal domain listing" invoice came to our office and was given to the church treasurer as a bill to be paid. He paid it, not fully knowing who our domain is hosted by and the entire system of interconnected relationships. These companies prey on small churches who do not have coordinated systems to intentionally see who they can get money from. It is alarming that these come in more than once a month.
