Type of a scam Online Purchase
I found this ad on Facebook and I was interested in this purchase because I’ve used a device similar to this at a nail salon so I knew the product itself was legitimate.
However, when I made the purchase, which was close to $200, they sent me an email to track my purchase on the shop app. It had a 30 day money back guarantee. It has been nearly 30 days and the shop app hasn’t shown that my item has even been shipped yet. I made contact through the shop app via email to cancel my purchase and refund the money that they’ve already take. Out of my account and I’ve received no response or refund. I’ve contacted the [email protected] with questions about my purchase as indicated in the confirmation email and again I’ve received on response or refund. I believe this ad and this company is a fraud, a scam.
Or perhaps they are waiting for 30 days past the purchase date to ship it so they can send me some second rate foot spa and claim it’s been past the 30 days and I can’t return it for a refund.
Their refund policy states that an order can’t be cancelled once it has shipped. But according to the shop app, it hasn’t shipped and I haven’t gotten any feedback from them at all. I’m afraid it’s even too late to go to my bank and do anything about getting my money back. They’ve offered no address or phone number to which I can call for contact only an email, which is also very suspicious.
