I ordered Chip the robot dog, and was invoiced for chip the robot dog, this toy barked, realistic eyes moved, had usb port for charging, tail wagged, walked, sat, acted just like a real dog. They advertised with a video. I received a robot dog that was nothing like the one I ordered, it did not bark, sit, had no usb port, no eyes, nothing like what was advertised and what I ordered. After contacting the company, I was told that this was just a advertisment, and that what they sent me did not affect the quality. There was a big difference in the quality. They said they would refund my money but I would have to ship it back. After checking shipping rates to China, It would cost approximately 36.00 to ship back. After checking the shipping label on the package the seller valued it at 5.00. The seller knows that US buyers are not going to pay the shipping back, as it cost as much as the original purchase. Therefore the seller advertises a more expensive and better quality product and ships something totally different.

Website advertised a product of "premium" quality with specific details the outlined the quality of the product, as well as, reviews by others (that turned out to be fake/fictitious). Instead, what they shipped me was a "cheap" "toy like" product in a "crushed" box. The website used appealing/convincing images of the product with great detail and specifications. It also fake images of customers using the products with reviews (written by the website) each of the reviews having a 5-Star rating. Subsequently, I Googled the website only to find that others had experienced the same thing.
