Type of a scam Online Purchase

So I responded to a post regarding a product that will flatten your stomach, after the response I was then contacted by the friend of my friend. They explained to me the product and what not and how much it will cost for this product. So me being the skeptic, impulse buyer, I fell for it.

During the purchase your encouraged to buy upfront, like right now, like stop what your and buy this now. So I went ahead and completed the purchase.

A few Days Later…

The package arrives. I put it up because I wasn’t ready to try the item yet.

A month goes buy…

I still haven’t used it yet. So today I’m going thru my emails and noticed one from "It Works". The message was regarding a missed payment for the same product i purchased a month ago. So now I’m like what the John Blazes is going on. There was a chat button to click for assistance so I clicked it and chatted with a representative who explained to me that I would have to complete 3 purchases of the products before i could close/cancel this situation. If I chose to not complete the 3 purchases I would then have to pay $50 bucks instead to just close/cancel the situation. So i just went on ahead and paid the 50 bucks, but there was a situation with the listed payment, it was declined. So I researched some things and realized the card I used was a prepaid card that has no more money available, so they couldn’t charge me no way!

After I sat back and thought to myself about what I experienced, I said to myself that what ever amount of money that was bamboozled from me and my family was just me doing God’s work by helping/giving to those even if it was a scam.
