I have been trying to get in contact with ITResources group support for almost 3 weeks without success, I ordered almost 15k thousand USD in computer equipment from them with a payment made upfront but I’m starting to get worried since this shipment was supposed to be delivered about a week ago but there has been no notice if the package even was sent, haven’t been able to get in contact with them through any means possible, I’m starting to get worried and think this may have been a scam.

Tried to get ITresources to give maintenance to the computers in my cyber café center, the main word here is tried, as I basically got scammed, lost my money and didn’t get anything in return, they told me they needed a first payment to start mobilizing their workers and for other various reasons, and after this they just didn’t bother on responding to any of my message through email or my phone calls, as it never got through, seems like they blocked me and ghosted me or something.

Paid Itresources 3500 USD so they could build me a website, they didn’t deliver on what we agreed and what their website says they are offering you, what I got instead was an horrendous job, and delivered in an unreasonably long time. The website was supposed to be delivered in 7 business days, instead I waited almost a month to receive a placeholder, this company is a disgrace, and the CEO Scott Freeman is just a dishonest businessman. I investigated this man and seems like this guy is a notorious scammer and has multiple other scam sites, like a cryptocurrency exchange called C2CX, I’m lucky they just didn’t steal my money right away.

This is how Scott *** and his company ITResources scammed me out of 7000 US Dollars, Initially the plan was for them to make me a website for around 4000 dollars, everything was going smoothly with the process, but then the guy helping me suggested that i would also need a host for this website, me being a not so tech savy person went alogn with him, he told me they also offered antoher package of website design and host, and this would up the cost almost to double, but since the website wouldnt work without it i had no choice, fast forward the 2 weeks they said they needed for this project, i haven’t gotten a word from them, and there’s nothing i can do to contact Itresources, and there’s no way i am able to get my money back.

Found this website called ITResources, they are apparently a leading IT company in china, so I tried to get them to design a website for me, agreed on everything that I wanted and needed, made half the payment and was told It would take around 7 business days until a product would be delivered, It has now been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten any way to contact ITResources or any of its employees, their phone line just hangs on me, and their email sees no responses, I’m desperate at this point, as I sent these people a lot of money that I can’t afford to lose.

Bought a website from ITResources, but they never got back to me after the first payment was received on their end, which is when
they ghosted me, can’t get in contact with their customer support neither, their
phoneline never picks up my number, as if it was blocked or something else, emails haven’t been answered either, help me, I’m very worried that I may have fallen into a scam, this is not money that I can simply lose like that.

Was looking for someone to make me a software, recurred to ITResources, as this one of the services they claim they offer, I needed a software to process payments in my clothing store, but what they delivered me was a piece of crap software, this thing only gives me one issue after another, when I try to contact ITresources they just tell me if I have any issue to contact my seller, but I cant get a hold of this “seller”, its been a month of back and forth of me dealing with these people, as theres no way to get help from these guys, seems like they are a bunch of scammers and aren’t really interested in helping me.

Bought a website design from Itresources (itr.cn), but what I got instead was crappy pngage not worthy of the quantity of money I have paid these people, they want to honor any of the warranty they assured me they offered, neither want to return my money, since what I got was basically a disrespect of my person, charging such high prices for something that a person that googled how to make a website came up with. Their CEO Scott Freeman really has no tact and doesn’t know how to interact with people, total scammer.

I had reached an agreement with Scott Freeman the CEO of Itresources in which he would supply me with the things I needed to open a call center, pcs, networking, all the logistics, cabling, etc, he guaranteed me he was an expert at this. I just had to put the money. Things went wrong after the first payment which he insisted was necessary to start building equipment, this is when I started losing contact with him, he would contact me less often every time, until he basically didn’t respond one day, none of his numbers went through, neither his email or any of his company emails, I have no contact now with Scott or his company, and I lost my money basically.

I basically have no way to contact them.

We hired Itresources for maintenance of the networking system in our office, but their service was just the worse of the worse, the lousiest and bad-mannered employees in history, the job was hardly completed, they basically did nothing of what was agreed. When we tried to contact ItResources back and report all of this, they just didn’t seem to care and said that the job was marked as completed so it should have been, didn’t want to honor warranty or refund policies, totally a fraud company, if this is the service they offer people and how they treat their customers. They didn’t even bother to actually check if the job was done or to fix their mistakes, just a shameless money grab.

Saw an ad of ITR Group, where it said they were one of the most famous and best IT providers in china, so I decided to give their services a try as I had been looking for someone to make an app for an idea I have had for quite some time, but didn’t have the skills to make it myself, but it seems like that ad may have been extremely fake publicity and I should have done some research on this business, as they apparently are really shady, first of all the amount they charge for you think you are getting premium service, but what I got was a barely functional product, and this was after I struggled back and forth with them for more than a month of what they said it would take to finish this, they don’t want to attempt to resolve my issue and they don’t care about me anymore, as they already got my money. Researching their CEO I found out he’s been involved in some money laundering scams through an exchange of some sorts that he also owns.
