I got a call yesterday from Sam Dawson with J Quickline Loans. Offered me a $3,500 loan. Instructed me go to Walgreens & obtain a Green Dot card for $237.37. I got the card and called the phone number back at 315-675-4143. I read the numbers off the card. I was told the $237.37 was for the first installment.
