Received a text from a guy says his name is James Andrew from 415-853-6630 asking me if I did landscaping and if I was the owner. I replied yes to both and then he said that he was unavailable to meet me so that he could tell me the job details because he was in the hospital. But keeps insisting that I go look at the job and give him an estimate. I asked what he wants done and he says to landscape the yard. Normally real people would go over what types of trees, flowers, grass or sod that they have in mind and tell you where to put it but not this guy. Just go give me an estimate and I will send you the credit card info. I just looked up the address he gave me and it’s a vacant lot that is owned by someone else.
