I applied for a job on Upwork.com to post listings for a rental company to Craigslist. He offered to pay me a weekly fee in return for posting two rentals a day. He sent me the rental posting and I found the same posting existing on another website. On the existing post I contacted the landlord and asked if he contacted an agency to post this. He said no and that he has heard of scammers trying to take over rental listings to steal deposits from people.
