Type of a scam Phishing
Caller claimed to be with the Janus Fund and wanted our shareholder vote. He asked if we would vote as the board recommended and we said yes. I’m now sure it was a scam to get us to say "yes" so they could record it in order to operate the scam. I will be looking closely for any bogus charges or sign-ups for anything.
