I received a priority overnight envelope congratulating me on being selected for Secret Survey Evaluation, a program where you are rewarded for spending free money and sending in a survey about the experience. The letter also includes a $2,900.40 cashiers check from St. Louis Community Credit Union (1250 Graham Road Florissant, MO 63051). The letter told to keep $400 and use $2,500 to buy $2500 Ebay gift cards. The instructions said: to take a picture of those cards, peel the silver scratch off from the back, then email the photos, along with a survey about his shopping experience.
