My experience was the same as others- they called. Left a message saying I had 2 hours to call back otherwise a complaint against me would move forward despite my wishes. Case # 47498. I called and spoke with Michael Valencia I was placed on hold and got on the BBB website reviews of this company and when they returned I was transferred to Kevin Sharp in the legal department and he was confused as to why I had not received my paperwork. So he wanted to make sure I was me, he asked for my dob and ss#. It was at this point that I had told him there was no way he was getting my ss# and I was reading his company’s reviews online at bbb and he got combative and replied if I believed everything I read online and then he got belligerent when I suggested they were a scam and then he hung up on me.
