Type of a scam Phishing
This person is sending postcards in the mail repeatedly saying "I urgently need to speak with you about your property at ……". It also states "I am hoping that this card catches you in time." "Call me about this matter." "It’s important that I hear from you ASAP." At the bottom of the postcard it states: "I would appreciate you keeping this matter private. Sincerely, Jeff Blossom"
These postcards DO NOT list a business or what he is trying to buy, sell, or scam. This is the third "urgent notice" that we have received. He asks for you to call a number and listen to a voice recording. Another way to obtain more information – my telephone number. He clearly has our address/property.
