I called number I found online to activate my new Roku. I knew nothing about the product so did as asked. The gentleman I talked to said there was a one time lifetime activation fee of $50. After paying it with my card and getting my channels I was informed that Roku doesn’t charge a fee. Roku had no details of my account even though I am getting the channels. Please inform people to beware.
