Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
There was an ad on *** showing *** *** jewelry on sale with 70% off. I clicked the link on the ad and it brought me to a website which looked legitimate. I did not realize the web address was www.jewellry4sale.com. I made a purchase equaling $105.00 through my *** account. After I ordered the "product" I saw on the *** invoice that the company name was in Chinese. That made me a bit concerned and confused so I looked into it to see why it was in Chinese and I realized it was a counterfeit product. I attempted to contact customer service but there was no phone number or email address, the only option was to send a message to customer service through a form where you put in your email and a message. I filled out the message box and attempted to send a message and it said "message unsuccessfully sent" which alarmed me even more! I got the email address ***@zoho.com from my *** invoice and emailed them asking to cancel my order and to refund my purchase. They responded saying they could not cancel my order because it had already been shipped. I contacted them within one hour of placing my order, there is no was it had already been shipped! I started a claim with *** hopefully they will be able to refund my money. I think this is the same scam that is using the *** website as well as ***. I hope this helps others from being scammed.
