I had ordered their “very popular” custom jewelry and paid about $25.00 for a little custom bracelet from them. It has been about 4 months and I have not received the product and when I go to track my order with the order number they gave me it claims the order does not exist and I have not received the money back, because the website does not have a phone number, email, or any sort of contact information.
