JMZ Management leases out properties, and when you report problems in the move-in list that should be fixed before moving in, they ignore them, to bill _you_ later for fixing them, along with other pre-existing issues such as leaks, conveniently hidden behind stuff by either the owner of the condo or the management company. Smells like insurance fraud attempt.
