individual by the name of Rosemary alleged she was from a financial services company and before giving any further information about what she was calling from, she needed some personal info. (e.g. address and social sec. #) when this information was denied and she was pressed on the reason for her call she kept stating that unless that information was given she could not discuss any further, stating that they were required by law to collect this information before releasing the reason for their call.
