Sadly, the ring I got does not look at all like it does in the picture. It looks like a piece of costume jewelry (something I would wear on Halloween). The company claims their return policy is hassle-free and they want to satisfy their customers. Not so. If you buy something from them? Plan on being stuck with it forever. They are based in China (this is not disclosed on the website) and will make it as difficult as possible for you to make the return. Upon further research however, the internet shows they have a location in Los Angeles. So I don’t understand why they have given me no other option but to return the item to China. And they say it will be a VERY LONG time before I see my refund.

This company does not deliver anything that you order. They claim to sell jewelry but never deliver the product. The only way to reach them is via email and they only say "we will rush your order". No one ever answers their phone number.
