Received a letter in the mail at my old address saying I won 183,997.00 with a pin. on the letter it says " you will not be charged a fee or commission for claiming your cash award. I called 1-204-435-6166 they wanted me to give one of 3 credit cards to claim my prize and for a chance to win a diamond necklace.
