I ordered a medium dog harness and a box of dog waste rolls on April 13th based on their video and reviews from their website after seeing it on my Face book home page feed. I have yet to receive my order and it is now April 29th. I was told the product would be shipped within 3 to 5 days and was given an order # and a tracking link with Fed Ex. It had reported that the order was shipped and in transit but never arrived. I then reviewed other reviews on the internet and found that many others had experienced the same problem. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I did try to email them and contact them by phone without response.
