The scammer was advertising online as selling a Lifetime Tahoma 10 ft. kayak for $89.76. I paid using PayPal. When the kayak didn’t arrive I contacted PayPal’s customer service and the seller responded by emailing them a valid USPS tracking number. I contacted the USPS and it was for a 4 oz. first class package that was delivered to a different address, not mine. A kayak obviously weighs more that 4 oz. I’m disputing the payment with my credit card company now because it seems that PayPal is going to let this scammer get away with this.
