Terrible. I placed an order March 3rd. The website said that all orders are shipping within 3 weeks, so at 3.5 weeks I asked for an update. March 27th they assured me that the package had already been shipped by the warehouse, they just didn’t have a tracking number for me. April 15th I emailed again requesting a tracking number. They responded that COVID19 was causing delays with suppliers, which shouldn’t have made any difference if it was already shipped. April 26th I requested that the order be cancelled. They responded that orders can only be cancelled in the first 24 hours after placing the order. This is a ridiculous answer when customers are expected to bend over backwards due to COVID19 and yet they won’t make any changes for the customers. June 6th, over 3 months after placing the order, I emailed again. June 14th I finally got a response with a tracking number and the assurance that “the tracking number may not be updated yet but please allow few more days as it’s the courier who updates the information… Rest assured that your order has already been shipped and is current in transit to you.” It’s been 11 days since that response and there is still no update. USPS only shows that the tracking number is generated. If they had actually received the package, the tracking number would reflect that. At this point it is too late to dispute the charge on my credit card. I have 0% confidence that I’ll ever receive my order.

Long story short, don’t bother. Go with Amazon.

Bought a wireless dog fence in June 99 . It didnt work. Been jacked around for over five months trying to get an exchange or refund. Same o, same o. These people are crooks. Sure wish I had checked um out before the purchase. I learned a $70. lesson about buying on the internet. BUYER BEWARE.
