I ordered $260 worth of soy milk from Mantadrop on 4/23. My daughter is allergic to cow’s milk and SoyDream has been the brand that she’s been drinking for the past 10 years. Because of the current covid situation, I wasn’t able to find the brand at any grocery store and was so happy to have found it online at Mantadrop. After I placed the order, I was reading some reviews about the company and discovered some negative reviews about it being a scam so I immediately canceled my order. To my surprise, I got a confirmation that my order was successfully canceled and the following day, I received a text indicating that a full refund was issued. 10 days later, I checked my credit card statement and the original charge of $260.78 went through but still no refund. I contacted the company again and did not receive a response. I then had to call my credit card company and reported this transaction as fraudulent. There have been similar reports about this company. I wish I had read them before I placed my order.
