This is a follow-up e-mail I received after asking to put a puppy on hold.

Dear Client,

Thanks for getting back to us. Your puppy ”Parker” has been put on Hold, pending payment. You will have to effect the payment for us to validate your order and proceed with the necessary paper work for your puppy Parker

we will within 2 business days of receiving payment, confirm your order, process all required paperwork, have our licensed veterinarian perform last minute routine check up on your puppy Parker before shipping her to you.

Like we said, we book flights for Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (You have to chose which day suits you best).

Once the flight is booked, we will provide you the flight number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to pickup the puppy upon arrival.



You can make the payment using the following information via Western Union.

We require you go to a Western Union Store near you, request to make a money Transfer and you will be provided a form to fill. Use the above-provided information for receiver’s information, then hand over the form along with the cash to the attendant. When the transaction has been processed, you will be provided a receipt containing the Reference (MTCN) Number. You may click on find location on to find a location close to you.

***Due to security concerns related to illegal credit card use, online payment can sometimes be declined. We will advice you kindly proceed to make payment in person/cash at a Western Union Store.

Once you are done please email us a scanned (or photo) of the Western Union receipt for confirmation

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought a French Bulldog Puppy called Stella from the page on Sunday (5/17/2020) by transfering $500, using Zelle in US Bank app. Zelle account of the seller is Iman Akieur ([email protected]) – e-mails attached show the transfer confirmation.

I was informed that free shipping was available and would have no costs, puppy would be air shipped on Monday (5/18/2020), and I just needed to wait for shipping information to pick her up in the airport.

I called the seller on Monday and requested more information, we talked, he said that I should look in my junk box for an e-mail from the transportation company, called Pet Carriers International (Site:, when I found the e-mail in my junk box, I saw that they were requesting $850 deposit related to an insurance needed, but I refused to pay (e-mail attached). Due to that, I was able to call again the seller and ask him about what could be done to ship the Puppy or refund the money, he said that he would provide me an update by today morning (5/19/2020).

I tried to call him by 3 different phones and it seems that the line is deactivated, the chat in the page is not working anymore and he is not answering my e-mails, I also found in the internet that the Carrier site is being reported as scam and since I got no response I am sure that this "Marvel Bulldog" is also a scam.
