Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a NES console on July 9th, on July 10th $*** was taken out of my bank account by Skilled Media. On July 11th I emailed them because I couldn’t figure out how to check my order status. On July 12th they responded saying my item would ship in 24-48 hours. That same day I received an email stating that my order was on the way. When I checked the tracking number through usps it said the item was in pre-shipment, a shipping label had been created, and that usps was awaiting the item to be shipped. That’s where it has stayed! I emailed them on July 26th after calling usps who told me to contact the seller because they never received the item to be shipped. That same day Media Ensure emailed back stating they had a bunch of shipments pending at their warehouse and that mine would ship that next week. That is the last time I heard from them! I have emailed NUMEROUS times since then with no response. Now my emails get kicked back to me, failing to send. They have shut down their email account and website so that buyers now have no way to contact them!! FRAUDS!!!

Purchased a version of the retro NES video game console system that my kids grew up with to surprise them. After receiving an email explaining that I would receive shipping info shortly, I was never given any valid shipping info. They told me a coupe of times that they were backed up due to large order volume,etc. They eventually stopped responding to my emails. The links that I used to click on within the emails now no longer work.

Order a retro nes. Never recieved shipping info or product. Emailed back and forth with provided contact info and now will not rerurn emails. Money already gone. Two other complaints on BBB with the same situation.

Ordered an NES system, never received shipping information. Consumer sent 4 emails with no response. Read reviews, after the purchase, that stated others had the same issue. The reviews have since been removed. The company already took the money out of the bank. There is no phone number to reach the company.
