I keep getting calls from Medical SVC Group about my pain and suffering. I explain to the woman, who has a foreign accent, that I am perfectly healthy. She states that they have the information about my health, bad back, bad knees, etc. I asked her how she got this information, she replies your doctor. I asked her what my doctor’s name is, she hangs up.
This happens at least 2 to 3 times a week. I block the numbers, then a new one is used.

I’ve been getting calls from the Medical SVC Group for sometime now. I haven’t been answering these calls because I didn’t recognize the caller. I finally answered a call just a few minutes ago. A woman asked me if I was *my name* and asked if I am a diabetic. I answered yes to both questions. She said that the Medical SVC Group was partnered with my insurance provider. She said that my insurance provider authorized them to deliver my diabetic supplies. She wanted to confirm my address and she apparently new my previous address. I told her what my current address is. I then started feeling uncomfortable with the questions she was asking so I decided to ask some of my own questions. I asked if she knew who my insurance provider was. She apparently didn’t know because she kept referring to my insurance provider and never gave me a name. She wanted to know my doctor’s name. At this point, I asked if she could call back later.
