Type of a scam Rental

I was trying to rent a house in Old Brooklyn with this ad title on Craigslist:

$750 / 3br – 1722ft2 – Housing offered (4006 W 63rd St, Cleveland, OH)

The guy "Sean Oneill" says he was originally planning to sell the house but the realtor was bad so now he’s renting it out utilities included. I called the realtor website that the house is listed on and they said that the house is in fact for sale and that these scams have been going around. He lives and works in Tennessee so he’s not able to show the house.. he’ll send you an application and then if you’re good enough he’ll send you the keys..apparently. I searched part of the email he sent me on Google and a bunch of blogs and flagged Craigslist ads came up showing emails word for a word similar to the email that I got. Here is the terminology that keeps coming up in searches for scams:

" We can then move forward to getting the keys sent to you. I’m ready to accept either monthly or upfront mode of payment. Depending on which you’re most comfortable with. Utilities include power, water, washer/dryer, sewer, and trash. Your monthly rent already covers utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that. "
