Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I received letters supposedly from Methow River Ranch HOA. These letters were received form an unknown P.O. Box address not listed in the official documents of the HOA. There is neither name nor title of the person assuming authority to make the requests for action (only "board of directors"). There is neither signature nor any official seal or stamp. The letters are vague and generic containing only public record information.
Any one with access to the assessor website (which is every one in the world with a pc and internet access) could have typed the letters and sent them out requesting payment.
