Grandparent scam: Received a call saying that their grandson was in jail in Florida. They were told that they were stopped by the police for speeding and were arrested and now need $4,000 to post a bond.

Caller on 1-27-17 928pm introduced him self as Michael Green. The caller ID said (Private Caller). He told me that I won a 5.5 million dollar jackpot, $200,000 Cash, and a Mercede’s Benz car. He then confirmed my name and address, I am guessing he got it from a phone book.
Then he told me to write down a phone number (1-757-279-2130) so I could call him tomorrow and him and another person could come over to my home with a P140 tax form for me to fill out.
The next day he called my home starting at 942am, 943, then 950am, 1000am with the number 757-279-2130, then 1005 from 876-867-0625, 1009am,1036, 1051, 1209, 1230, 1238, 110pm, 119, and at 912pm I answered, and he said, Hi this is Michael Green calling why did you not call me today?? I said, do not call me or I will report you to the police. He asked if I gave any one his phone number. At that point I hung up.
