Type of a scam Rental
Scammer uses flipkey website to find vacation rental customers. Makes a contract, takes your full payment, then has last minute issues such as "double booked" therefore you have to find temp. housing. Once moved in, he says you are in the wrong unit. Needs more money. etc. Made fraudulent charges to my credit card also.
Sounds like he is renting out properties that he does not own or have authority to rent. Just puts people in and moves them around.
