Micheal Lingo a carpenter was hired by the trails homeowners association to replace boards on my home to prepare for painting. He came to my home on 10\29\2015 to advise me that i needed to pay for the materials, i then wrote him a check for 460.00 and he cashed the check and dropped of a portion of the materials and never came back to complete the work. I’ve spoken with him several times since then and he said he would come by to put the boards up and today is 12\14\2015 and has yet to come back to put my boards up every time i call he sends me to vm and I’ve left numerous messages!!! He hasnt returned one call please be aware of this man!!!!
