I recently purchased a 3d printer from micro 3D, the web page promised a 3 month warranty if anything should fail, well I’m in my third month and the device has never worked so I tried returning it. It’s no I realize they have no phone number to be reached at, I have received no responses from their complaint/support email, and their forums are completely un monitored by admin. I want my money back but there is no channel where I can do this. Please help us, I’m not the only one being screwed by this recent "start up" company
