Type of a scam Tech Support
Received call from people who identified themselves as Microsoft reporting that we had a MAJOR ISSUE with our computer. The call came from 877-697-3548. Told me to call 888-389-5646. It stated the problem was with the software of the computer. I was told to go onto the computer and they would work through the problem with me. It felt like a scam, so I went no further.
