This company appeared as if it were a computer repair organization, as if I needed crucial updates. At first it seemed legit (my foolishness!) and then talked me into a supposed "4 year contract" for $300 of service. I was not comfortable and should have paid attention to that.
Sigh!
So, today – after changing all my passwords and checking my bank accounts and replacing credit cards I contacted APPLE SUPPORT and they solved my problem easily. I changed all my passwords.
I called them back and demanded my money back and said I was going to report them to you.
