Type of a scam Online Purchase
I just received this email in my personal account. I did not contact this company, I didi not look up anything this company sells, this just randomly showed up in my email box today.
I immediately returned an email to them saying not to send this unwanted product, that it was not ordered by me; this is what the last line of this email stated to do if this is not a correct order.
Then I panicked, as I thought:
1. How did they get my personal information to send such an item to me? w
2. What recourse do I have?
3. How can I protect myself from this delivery?
4. I’m also worried this may have now sent a virus into my computer. I’m worried and scared that any company could do this to someone!
