dear sris in my state of arzona many people have had their personnel computers hacked and were told to call Microsoft at an 888 number and you are forced to buy their protection for your computer or you will not be able to use it you get an error screen on your computer and a message saying your computer is in danger of getting a virous and they install the protection for over 200.00 I have received this on my computer and now it does not work and I have a brand new one and it got hacked to but this time I turned my computer off and on a few times before it worked again I hope contacted the police but they told me to contact the bbb thank you XXXXX XXXXXXX my home phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX
