Contacted via phone numerous times asking for information regarding a virus protection plan for my computer. The caller (Danny Zipper) took control of my computer and accessed my bank account. Danny Zipper was requesting further banking information in order to send me a refund that he stated I was due, I told him I would call back. Checked my bank the next day and found out that someone had preceded to transfer $500 from my money market account to my checking. After trying to contact Danny Zipper again to no avail, caller on the line hung up.
