SHADY shady SHADY billing practices.
They write codes and recommend treatments that they know aren’t covered under your insurance so you have to pay out of pocket. Had a treatment plan, 3000$ copay. ABSURD!
Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice office and the staff are nice but I’m not paying that much for what I KNOW is covered under my insurance. I did my research before going here and expected to pay no more than 100$ with my insurance. left and changed my office the same day and ended up paying only 300$ elsewhere and I only paid for what I NEEDED done.
Won’t be coming back here. Even my insurance and the staff at my new office laughed when I told them how much this place was going to charge me.
